Nature’s Healers: Why Reinvent the Wheel?

We wake up every morning and enjoy the wonder of a ready- made day.  The sun is up (not always shining, but up) and the air is there for us to breathe.  We step outside to encounter more of the wonders of Nature.  Why is it that we feel the need to try to improve on what has already been magnificently created and provided for all of us to enjoy an abundant life?  Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and designed with embedded healing mechanisms.  We are provided with natural healers at every turn all we need to do is receive them, embrace the opportunity to apply the amazing science of Nature to our own human existence, and then gratefully experience the benefits. Of course, it is wise to do our part by not polluting our bodies (which is almost an impossible task it seems at times), but even when we do, Nature has made provision.  The following is a brief list and description of some herbs that are basic to a vital existence.  I challenge you to do a little research on your own and incorporate these wonderful herbs into your own lifestyle. Most of these are whole foods containing medicinal properties.
