Menopause Tea

Ideally, there would be some interesting introduction to some of the more unknown herbs in this tea, but for now you get this pithy sentence to introduce this culinary delight.

Ingredients
Servings: cups
Instructions
  1. Place the nettle, vitex, ligustrum, lavender, fennel, licorice or stevia and optional herbs in a saucepan.
  2. Pour the water over the herbs and stir to thoroughly combine. Cover and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and let steep, covered for additional 15 minutes.
  5. Strain into a sealable pitcher or container and compost the herbs.
Recipe Notes

Drink up to 3 cups a day as needed. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
