This is the best disinfecting/cleaning wash you can have on hand to use when you get scraped up or get cuts on your skin. Once you get past the initial stinging sensation, it will help reduce pain, disinfect, clean your wounds, and help draw out anything that may not need to be in there like infection, toxins, or foreign debris, i.e. splinters. I even use it on my dog if he gets hurt.
